• Java/J2EE, SQL experience required
• Experience with Spring framework, IBM Rational Software Architecture or IntelliJ IDEs preferred
• At least 1 - 2 years in a similar role OR Bachelor's degree in software development
• Experience with diagnosing and debugging issues with existing code
• Strong attention to detail, organization and planning skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Efficient and effective oral and written communication skills
• Previous project management experience preferred
• Experience in design and implementation of development and quality assurance procedures preferred
• Demonstration of analytical experience through successful problem solving and coordination of project related activities
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
