Job Description:
(Description) Develops and maintains new and existing application modules.
Performs unit and systems testing of applications/solutions.
Works with user and QA to perform Quality Assurance testing of applications
Resolves all defects/issues reported.
Troubleshoots and supports solutions on an ongoing basis.
Creates system documentation and trains the end user as required.
Provides On-Call/Off hour support where necessary.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic) Java Developer requirements:
5+ years of Java Development experience
Solid knowledge and development experience in Core Java
Development Experience in Web technologies, such as XML, Struts, HTML/DHTML, Javascript, AJAX, CSS
Development Experience in Web Services technologies
Development Experience in Java Enterprise technologies, EJBs, Servlets, JSPs, Customs Tags, JSTL, JSF.
Highly proficient with WebSphere Application Server and Java/JEE
Development Experience in Database technologies (SQL, JDBC, stored procedures, etc.)
Advance knowledge of software design, design methodologies and design documentation tools
Working knowledge of Unix and Windows is a must.

Education: Bachelors (highly preferred)
