JIB Accountant	Permanent

Kforce has partnered with a Dallas/Fort Worth based oil/gas company that is looking for a JIB Accountant. Primary Functions: Be responsible for reviewing charges for all wells to ensure JOA and Company policy compliance Prepare monthly billable allocations Bill out all material transfers and inventory movements Be responsible for printing, mailing, and archiving of all JIB invoices Prepare cost analysis for well operations and leasehold costs Be responsible for all Property Master and Expense Deck maintenance including assignment of well numbers, DOIs, prospects, and AFEs Maintain documentation of all AFE activity Be responsible for all JIB Receivable activities including owner inquiries, A/R aging, and posting of payments Assist in month-end close functions Candidates must have a BBA in Accounting or related discipline and 3+ years of oil/gas accounting experience including JIB.
