JDE Support Analyst III - Central IL

Key Roles:
Advanced knowledge of handling support application issues, training, and documentation of issues using established procedures. Requested to provide assistance and guidance to level junior level SA's.Utilize established relationships with Customers and IT Department personnel to ensure that support and analysis satisfaction remains a high level for the entire group.Understand, explain, and assist with the creation and implementation of internal policy as it pertains to the group and user/customer base.write test scripts for testing enhancements, and follow our System Development Life Cycle.

5-8 years of relevant job experience required.
2 year degree preferably within IT or business related field or equivalent.

Technical Competencies:
Microsoft Office Products - Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Visio
