Job Description
The IBS Lead will plan, design, and implement smart building technology

Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience with intelligent business systems data architecture and integration
* Experience in nature to a similar size and scope with:
> Building Automation Systems (BAS) - HVAC Controls, energy management
> Power monitoring equipment and subsystems
> Lighting Controls
> Intelligent Fire Protection
> Parking guidance systems and transit management systems
> Computerized facilities maintenance management systems
> GSA National 3D-4D Building Information Modeling (BIM) Program modelling or equivalent
> All work will be performed in/around Washington DC

* SECURITY CLEARANCE: DoD DSS and/or OPM SSBI
