Fortune 500 company is seeking a motivated and skilled Identity management Specialist for their contracting role.

Responsibilities:
The IdM Specialist will be responsible for hands on development and integration efforts with the current Identity Management solution.

The IdM Specialist must possess detailed implementation experience with CA Siteminder, Courion Access Assurance Suite, Novell Identity Manager, and/or MS Forefront Identity Manager; as well as foundational security infrastructure concepts across operating systems, networking, and n-tiered architectures.

The IdM Specialist will be expected to continuously improve the time, cost and risk associated with Access Request functionality, while driving future direction and evolution of Access management technologies and processes.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in information security with a focus in IdM deployment and integration; understanding of business processes associated with user management life cycle and ability to design and implement work-flow and rule-based provisioning solutions that meet complex business requirements preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with LDAP integration and implementation.
- 3+ years of experience with web application integration and implementation
- 3+ years of experience with performance tuning, configuration, support, and troubleshooting at least one IdM platform.
- Demonstrated experience and familiarity with most of the following: Microsoft XP/Win7/2008 and Active Directory, Apache/IIS Web Servers, Oracle Database, Linux, HPUX, AIX, iSeries, Microsoft Exchange.
- Demonstrated experience and familiarity with all phases of the user management life cycle at an enterprise level.
- Demonstrated project leadership experience handling multiple work-streams simultaneously.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated track record as a team player and Strong oral and written communication skills.

Bachelors Degree

Local to Houston preferred
