HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Fast paced Beachwood Professional Services firm interviewing candidates for the position of Human Resources Generalist. The successful candidate must be a take-charge individual with the ability to identify issues and solve problems, be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing work. Candidate should have 3 to 5 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
Candidates must have a documented solid recruiting background with results in both active and passive recruitment, solid understanding of employment law, benefits, employee relations, employment retention, policy and procedures development and implementation. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, management, or a related field. PHR Certification is a plus.
