What you need for this position:
* Boiler experience strongly desired.
* Bachelor's Degree
* Ten years experience in sales in the commercial HVAC and building services industry
* Previous independent reps channel management experience
* Previous Lean or Six Sigma experience
What you'll be doing:
* Directs and oversees sales policy implementation, objectives and initiatives throughout the territory of responsibility
* Manages and direct independent sales organizations in territory to achieve sales and profit goals
* Acts as advisor to the independent sales team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
* Assists in setting short and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs and distribution channels in territory of responsibility
* Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume and margins.
* Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
