HRIS Analyst  

Job Description:
  • Provide HRIS data entry, administration and reporting support as well as service delivery
  • Works in partnership with outsource service providers and internal business partners to deliver timely and accurate service.
  • Monitor and provide detailed analysis and recommendations relating to reporting.
  • Create ad hoc reports as needed and provide to different domains/departments
  • Responsible for developing recommendations relating to service process improvements and related project implementations.
  • Provide support relating to the resolution of disputes and problem escalation arising from HRIS data related activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree, with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of Human Resources and HRIS/Payroll database
  • Must have ADP Enterprise or equivalent HR/Payroll system knowledge.
  • Must have Human Resources/Payroll operational and service experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and administration; HR Information Technology, Employee Data/Records Management, Time and Attendance, Retirement.
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team player.
