HRIS Analyst

Job Description:
(Description) Data Integrity and Systems Support:
Update payroll and HR systems with new/corrected data changes. Verify transactions were loaded properly from Oracle/Ev4 interface. Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and timely following the payroll schedule. Research and correct errors for short and long term solutions. Maintain HRIS tables with new/updated list of value codes.
Manage and oversee ADP EeTIME Administration Group. Main point of contact between ADP and HR. Ensure optimal performance and recommend and rollout best practices. Draft and communicate upgrades, systems issues, system downtime, create and conduct training events to clients.
Perform regular and ad hoc audits to ensure data accuracy and US federal, state, and local compliance or to create/update monthly scorecard.
Provide general support for HRIS (HR, Payroll, Reporting, and Time & Attendance). Research and resolve technical and process problems and unexpected results. Perform scheduled activities. Gather and document business, technical, and operational requirements for system initiatives. Use cases, test plans, communications and training plans. Develop detailed project plans.

HR Administration support:
Manage the Verification of Employment process. Work with off-shore team to ensure the process is working and SLAs are being. Recommend process efficiency modifications.
Develop, prepare, and generate ongoing and ad-hoc reports pertaining to associate information and data.

Process & System Improvements:
Recommend process/client service improvements, innovative solutions, automation, and policy changes and/or variations from established policy. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders. Use project management skills in managing projects.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes, functionality, and systems.

Security & Compliance:
Ensure all processes are within the department and US SOX guidelines. Support DOL audit functions. Adhere to privacy laws and practices within global guidelines.
Work within case management system to track and maintain all documentation for data/system changes. Adhere to service levels agreements and standards. Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic) Education: Computer Science, HRIS, Project management

Specialized Skills:
Strong knowledge of ADP Enterprise v4 or higher (Oracle R11.5.10 or higher a plus)
Strong knowledge of ADP Enterprise eTIME (Time and Labor)
Understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge or ADP ReportSmith (Discoverer a plus. Previous experience working with Business Intelligence software a plus.)
Experience with interface management a plus.
Knowledge of Access Databases and SQL a plus.
