The Human Resources Business Partner Consultant will provide a full range of generalist support to the Clinical Development organization. In this role, the HRBP Consultant will build and sustain relationships with all levels of these diverse client organizations to effectively influence analysis and decision-making in the areas of management, organization structure, performance management, and employee relations. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the HRBP Consultant will collaborate with HR core services in the areas of Compensation, Leadership & Organization Development, Strategic Staffing, Benefits and HRTS to diagnose, develop and deliver the appropriate solutions to support client groups. The person in this role should have proven experience understanding business concepts and aligning business needs with HR support and solutions to move the business ahead in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment.

Qualifications
The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years, or a Masters and 8 years, of Human Resources experience. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a high growth environment. Must have excellent reasoning and problem-solving skills, strong customer focus, and strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). Strong project management skills are essential. Related industry experience is preferred.
