Berea Children's Home is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to work in our growing foster care program in Summit and Stark counties. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and arranging for the recruitment of potential foster parents in Summit and Stark counties. This is a part time position for 20 hours a week and will be located out of our Canton office.

The Recruitment Specialist will coordinate and present pre-service training to potential foster parents in these target areas and provide back-up to the Recruiter/Trainer in Cuyahoga County when necessary. Minimum education level is Bachelor's degree and be LSW eligible.

Candidates must be 21 years. of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, & proof of insurance required. Experience in foster care and certification in Tier I Foster/Adoption Assessor training preferred.
