Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a member of the Field Integration Team (FIT)
you will perform routine system maintenance and computer system administrative functions and in this critical role you must knowledge of, and is capable of using, operating systems and database management systems. You will also performs analysis of system operations and perform fault detection, isolation, and correction of computer systems and individual peripheral devices.

Position Requirements:

• (TBC): Tactical Battle Command
• Generate customer related reports from multiple sources, for example Daily Activity Reports, Trip Requests, Trip Reports
• Provides over - the - shoulder training upon request
• Must be willing to deploy to various CONUS and OCONUS locations to provide support, approximately 50%
• Ensure all incidents are posted in the Incident
• Reporting Module within the SIF
• Interact with the customer on a daily basis
• Distribute software updates
• Support and assist as needed with hardware upgrades
• Become an subject matter expert on all TBC systems, current and future, to include: CPOF, MCS, and other ABCS systems

Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's degree (in Engineering) or related field and at least seven years experience.
