We are a New York-based firm with an international platform. Operating for over 125 years, we have built a reputation as a major player in the world of law. Currently, we are experiencing growth in our Palo Alto office, and are seeking two (2) associates with backgrounds in Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits.
What you need for this position: - Excellent academic credentials; top-tier law school and law review preferred - Experience working at a national law firm - Experience planning, negotiating, drafting, and compliance of executive compensation plans and employment contracts - Experience planning, negotiating, drafting, and compliance of employee benefit plans - CA Bar admission preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED
