* Degreed, Engineering, Construction, PMP or equivalent experience
* Prior experience with various Excavation, Construction projects management
* Experience managing Teams
* Earthmoving Equipment experience
* Estimating experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer Skills, MS- Office, Hard-dollar/Agtek, PayDirt, Bid2win, etc.
* Operational and P&L experience
What you'll be doing:
* Managing General operations related to our line of business
* Managing Teams and site/project managers
* Representing our Firm professionally within our community
* Assist in estimating, site surveys, proposals, other business functions, etc.
* Assisting where needed to attain project goals and deadlines
* Oversee site and quarry management
* Execute, Communicate and Provide status/timely updates to owners
