This position works closely with the business users to resolve their daily application issues. EDI Support Programming Manager works with the development and administration team to develop technical solutions related to software, environmental, configuration and setup errors. Additionally the candidate is responsible for all procedures to ensure a consistent availability of services.
Candidate is a member of the technical IT staff and is a member of the development team. As such he or she is skilled in using both resources inside and outside of the company to accomplish objectives. With the technical acumen that the individual brings to the position, he or she often works to ensure that the application(s) used to support these processes are meeting all requirements of the customers. The individual in this role is capable of understanding very complex software coding, configuration and maintenance issues in order to achieve a negotiated level of service for the business and provide direction to team members.
