Position Summary
CCCi's client has an immediate need for a full time Enterprise Content Management (ECM) professional to provide guidance, technical leadership, and systems consulting to the organization regarding ECM. He or she will also provide leadership in leveraging ECM technologies and best practices to solve business problems, improve processes and enable our client's businesses to be more effective through the use of information technology. The position will support IT and client management in the implementation of the enterprise content management strategy. This is a multi-level position, with level placement dependent upon the skills and experience of the candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate and analyze business requirements. Recommend appropriate technological designs and solutions that align with the business requirements and the technical strategy
- Lead the delivery of the specific content management solutions, including requirements analysis, internal proposal preparation, and RFP development, vendor statement of work evaluation, tool selection, and implementation planning
- Financial/Value Management: Provide input to support budget planning, perform cost benefit analyses of proposed solutions, estimate costs for individual work initiatives, develop accurate forecasts, and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Provide oversight and monitoring, including providing direction and guidance, to geographically dispersed teams of technical resources, consultants and vendors to ensure internal quality processes, programs and standards for development efforts are followed
- Review quality and standards of work and ensure documentation is updated in a timely manner
- Act as a Project Manager on small to medium-sized projects when required
- Work with development teams, IT operations, and other IT areas as appropriate throughout the development, testing and implementation life cycle, including participation in troubleshooting of production issues
- Support implementation of the strategy and plans for enhancing and increasing the utilization of the ECM platform
- Provide input to the development and ongoing maintenance of the enterprise-wide IT strategy and five- year business plan for area of accountability

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and at least four, typically six or more years of diverse work experience in IT, or without a Bachelor's degree at least six, typically eight or more years of diverse work experience in IT
- Three or more years' experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tools, processes and technologies
- Demonstrated experience in delivering content management projects/solutions
- Strong analytical ability and experience working with clients to developing business requirements and mapping them to technical solutions
- Self-starting with the demonstrated ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
- Strong planning and organizational skills; knowledge of project management, process dependencies and linkages across large enterprises
- Strong communications, consultative and interpersonal skills, including oral, written and presentation; teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation, with the ability to work effectively with internal client from various business organizations and lines of business, and IT management and staff.

Preferred Requirements
- Advanced degree in Information Systems or Masters of Business Administration
- Experience and certifications in IBM/Filenet technologies
- Certifications related to document/content management
- Experience in business process management (BPM)
- Project Management (PMP) or other professional certifications
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams of technical resources, consultants and vendors
- Experience developing integrated content management solutions leveraging Microsoft SharePoint technologies
