Job Tagline: Terrific DIRECTOR of PHARMACY position in AZ! Description: We are seeking qualified candidates for a Director of Pharmacy position at a 90-bed acute care hospital in Southeast Arizona. As Director you will be relied on to oversee all in-patient pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling and supervising activities in the hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws Complimenting your own leadership talents, you will have the added support of a regional team of pharmacy experts, including a Regional Clinical Director, 340B Specialist, Regulatory Specialist and Drug Information Specialist. Ideal candidates will have 3 years pharmacy management experience in acute care setting, preferably with at least 2 years of DOP or ADOP experience. A BS degree is required, Pharm D is preferred.
