We have a ColdFusion Web Developer position, in the greater Glen Burnie, MD vicinity, with a worldwide medical organization. Some of the things you'll be responsible for in this role are maintaining content and applications on the organization's various websites, including Internet and Intranet, developing new online applications for use on the Intranet and Internet, and developing and maintaining custom online applications.
(Note: This is a per hour contract position with the opportunity to convert to direct-hire salaried employee after 6-months of employment.)

What you need for this position:
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 4-years experience in web development
* Advanced knowledge and experience with HTML coding (including tables, forms, Dynamic HTML and Cascading Style Sheets)
* Advanced knowledge of Javascript and ColdFusion
* Familiarity with ASP and .NET framework
* Ability to create, troubleshoot, and update pages on websites, including the ability to create, troubleshoot, and update ColdFusion files
* Familiarity with XML, Microsoft Internet Information Server Administration, and Internet resources, including email, Mail Servers, web browsing, newsgroups, online services, and FTP
Advanced knowledge of Macromedia Dreamweaver or ColdFusion Studio
. Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access
* Familiarity with Oracle and basic database design fundamentals and database development and design, as well as ODBC data sources
* Full understanding of the life cycle of application development
* Strong written and oral communications, including the ability to speak in public
* Must have the ability and willingness to gain further technical knowledge with regards to HTML coding, Javascript, Web Server management, TCP/IP, Firewalls, web programming languages, programming methodologies, etc.
* Experience with IIS Web Server administration, as well as experience with Windows 2003 server administration
* Experience creating and consuming web services
* Familiarity with website activity reporting, preferably with Webtrends
