C.TRAC information solutions are searching for a full time Developer/Analyst for our Development team. Prior experience with the ExactTarget API or another Email Service Provider API is a significant advantage. In this position you will develop and provide clients with high quality solutions, products, or applications, utilizing current technologies. Provide technical support and expertise to co-workers and clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Application/Database Design & Development, Database Administration, Reporting and other custom solutions using required technologies.
Analyze customer requirements, needs, and challenges. Manage client's projects through required steps utilizing specialized applications for E-Marketing, Direct Marketing, Database analysis and Web interfaces. Develop any special reports or processes, then quality control and deliver final solutions.
Cross train others in the department on established client projects or processes. Assist co-workers and other departments with needed tasks, respond to questions or overflow projects.
Perform company-defined quality control procedures on all client projects.
Plan and schedule daily client projects, emails, calls or meetings and make adjustments as required with clients' changing needs. Participate in weekly production meetings.
Analyze client requirements in order to determine what can be handled with existing tools, what custom applications need to be developed or modified.
Develop, test and deploy solutions, followed by the creation of a documented procedure and staff cross training.
Provide responsive customer care. Manage client calls, emails and requests promptly and effectively. Provide support, consultation and problem resolution.
Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven computer literacy with advanced level proficiency with Development, SQL, Visual Studio, PHP, JavaScript, Email Service Providers, Web interfaces, Programming standards, and Crystal Reports.
Intermediate level proficiency with Filter/Scripting, Network support and Internet protocol.
Adaptable with the ability to dynamically prioritize according to the current situation.
