  • Process reversal and adjustment transactions directly to customers' mortgage accounts
  • Make high-risk cash transactions with high accuracy
  • There is some decision making required
Administrative Essential Skills:
  • 10-Key
  • Good clerical skills
  • Excellent data entry - 10 Key-by touch
  • Dependable
  • Detail Oriented
  • MS Excel experience
  • Quality Focus
  • Good written communication skills
  • Clerical Numeric 5,000 KPH or greater
  • Interpersonal skills (customer focused)
  • Marketing/Sales skills with the ability to apply mathematical processes
  • Miscellaneous - 10,000 KPH (preferred)
  • Analytical skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Professional and deadline oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Ability to work well with others
