JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
The Senior Consultant has primary responsibility for direct supervision of Consultants in executing project work plans. The Senior Consultant has direct, client-facing engagement responsibilities. Serving as both role model and trainer, the Senior Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency. The Senior Consultant learns to identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve business processes.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Experience in one or more of the following: Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehousing through all phases of the project life cycle from planning, blueprint planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation (go-live)
Ability to architect data solutions and provide business, governance and technical recommendations
Knowledge on leading practices for the implementation of data governance, data quality, and data integration projects.
Experience working within a Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle or other major database management systems

PREFERRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Finance and Accounting experience, including an understanding of the planning, budgeting and forecasting
Experience with one or more leading Extract, Transformation, Load (ETL) toolsets
Experience with Master Data Management within a large-scale ERP environment
Hands-on SAP/Oracle/Other ERP data management technical and functional expertise
Experience with the implementation life cycle of an ERP Package or with major BI Tool vendors, such as Business Objects, Hyperion, Oracle OBIEE

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or MIS
3+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry

ABILITY TO TRAVEL
Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments
