Enterprise organization located between Milwaukee and Chicago, is currently seeking a DBA Manager. Candidate is responsible for managing the Database Administration (SQL, Oracle, DB2) activities, and provides guidance to achieve goals in accordance with company and department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead projects to implement highly scalable database solutions to support business growth
- Work closely with strategic project teams to develop data models that support business processes
- Lead database hardware/software evaluations & evolution of the database infrastructure
- Responsible for mentoring junior staff & providing technical leadership to projects
- Design & execute overall database architecture strategy, along with necessary data standards & practices
- Work with application development teams to ensure that database changes adhere to best practices & are properly prioritized/scheduled
- Experience with SQL Server 2008R2, Oracle & DB2/400
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a leadership role with a focus in database management
- 7 - 10 years experience working as a multi-platform database professional (administrator, designer, developer & architect).
- Day to day management of DBA projects & personnel
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple IT/business teams to deliver business solutions
- Bachelor's degree required
