Customer Support/Technical Support Representative

What you need
  • A Laser focus on taking care of the customer
  • Knowledge of network-based software, Microsoft server operating systems, and SQL databases
  • Background in PC-based technical support

  • A sense of humor
What you'll do
  • Answer customers' product questions
  • Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail
  • Provide level 1 technical support
  • Perform other office duties including quote preparation and order entry
