• Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and outbound dialer campaign in a professional manner
• Ensure that accurate contact information is recorded and work with customers to confirm graduation date and payment responsibilities
• Probe and resolve customer's repayment options
• Research and obtain contact information on customer accounts that may be inaccurate
• Discuss recurring payment options
• Interact with customers in a high-volume call center environment to validate data
• Input and update information into master system to endure current contact information is accurate
• Encouraged enrollment in automatic monthly payment plans
• Communicate effectively with customers and other departments to answer customer inquiries

Candidates must have 6 to 18 months of experience. Hours are 7am - 4pm, M-F for the first week of training. Then hours are between 5am - 6pm. Parking fee is $47/month.
