Customer Service Representative

We are looking for outstanding individuals who have a proven track record of providing superior customer service in a fast-paced, team oriented, inbound call center.

Ideal candidate qualifications include:

  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls from business accounts
  • Capability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Exceptional listening and data entry skills are a must
  • Excellent communication and decision making skills
  • Ability to work from 11:00am to 7:30pm Monday through Friday.
