• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales
• Clean Record

WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?

• Taking in bound calls AND making outbound calls.
• Working with existing donors for upcoming campaigns.
• Follow up and customer service through the end of the events.

The successful candidates would initially have a script to read from but THEY are expected to make it there own. Meaning after a few weeks you would be expected to tailor the script to what works for you.

The managers do not micro-manage --- the numbers do not lie. We are looking for multi taskers who will take the initiative when needed.

A good phone voice and HIGH ENERGY are a MUST.
