Responsible for supervising any number of crew members on a particular relamp, retrofit, etc. in the installation of lamps, ballasts, or other lighting components. May also be working with a subcontractor as the lead person and the company liaison with the customer. This individual must be able to supervise the loading of materials and the necessary equipment to perform the given task, assign daily work to the crew members and monitor that work against predetermined productivity levels. This is a position where the individual is expected to perform on the job as well as the members of the crew. This individual must manage the materials on the job site and insure that the crew adheres to the SLS Six Point Safety Program. This individual is also responsible for the training of new crewmembers. This individual must be willing to travel out of town as required by the work. Individual must insure the timely completion of assignments and the timely and accurate completion of paperwork or computer input.

Requirements:
Basic qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of previous lighting/electrical/mechanical experience required.
Previous supervisory experience or a demonstrated ability to supervise a crew required.
Good organizational and communication skills a must with previous computer skills a plus.
Must be able to pass DOT certification.
