Are you a talented, insightful attorney with a passion to work with high-profile clients? Are you well-versed in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets?

We are a New York-based firm with an international platform. Operating for over 125 years, we have built a reputation as a major player in the world of law. Currently, we are experiencing growth in our Palo Alto office, and are seeking multiple associates with corporate backgrounds in M&A and Capital Markets.

What you need for this position:
- Excellent academic credentials; top-tier law school and law review preferred
- 3+ years of related experience at a national law firm
- Experience working with common stock, convertible debt, high-yield debt, and investment grade debt offerings
- Experience in M&A with private and public companies, stock and asset purchases, leveraged buyouts, private equity investments, and joint ventures
- CA Bar admission preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED
