BASIC FUNCTION:Under administrative supervision, coordinate and implement food preparation and kitchen services and activities. Order food and supplies, prepare related documentation, monitor and evaluate provided services. In certain program locations, may be required to supervise assigned clients/volunteers in food service activities.
