Seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator Mgr. to provide contract administration, including proposal preparation and award support through closeout. This position requires communication with customers and vendors and reports to the Director of Contracts. Duties include but not limited to: Work directly with program managers, other managers, and other departments in executing contract processes; Provide guidance, advice and action on contractual matters to managers; Establish good working relationships with internal and external customers;
Required Skills: 5+ years direct government contract experience with all contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost Reimbursable, IDIQ); Support contracts, pricing and subcontract management for new and existing agreements; Maintain contract information via databases and electronic and paper files; Prepare and distribute contract status and compliance information; Review Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements and other contractual documents; Administer multiple GSA schedules; Review solicitations and assist with proposals; Understanding of Organization Conflict of Interest (OCI) issues; Familiar with FAR provisions; Able to multi-task and set priorities in a fast paced environment; Able to work independently and in a team environment; Exceptional written and oral communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
