DESCRIPTION
A Construction Manager is needed to review, punch, approve and actualize correct completion of all final turnover documentation, projects and punches. Receive, research, track and dispatch vendors to resolve service and non-service affecting issues that are still under warranty. Assist RF, Operations, Special Projects with various tasks that entail or include scanning, walking, sweeping/testing, manpower scheduling, etc. Review and scope upcoming projects for future growth. The consultant must have understanding of wireless building practices with application to site designs, construction drawings and building permit filings.
Qualifications:
- Must have built a DAS or distributed antenna experience
- Must have DAS Deployment experience
- Strong MS Office, Excel, and Adobe Professional experience
- General building cost and budget knowledge
- Working knowledge in wireless building practices
- Expert level construction knowledge of antennas, coax, and fiber
- Strong construction knowledge of Ericsson cabinets, structural, battery backup, hazmat, NEPA SHPO, asbestos and lead
