Location is in Willoughby Hills, OH

Duties could include but are not limited to:

• Grade Checking, Shovel Handling, Pipe Laying, Load/Unloading Equipment, Driving Light Vehicles and Assisting Trades.
• Experience running a Skid Steer and Mini Excavator would be a huge help.
• Experience using a transit, concrete flat work very helpful.
• Ability to run various power tools including chop saws, tampers, etc..
• Experience pulling a trailer and driving dump trucks is a must.
• MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD!
• Valid Driver ' s License
• 2+ years of experience as a General Laborer
• Experience in general construction, earthworks, utility or pipe work and have the ability to work as part of a team.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Position is located out doors and employee must be able to withstand all weather conditions.
• Position will require travel and may require travel for short periods.
  -Working knowledge of commercial construction including but not limited to sheetrock, framing, painting, door hardware, electrical, plumbing, masonry, concrete finishing, etc.
  -Complete tasks assigned by the project leadership.
  -Ensure work is completed by following direction of the Superintendent and in following the safety plan of the company.
  -Ability to perform construction projects of various forms with limited to no supervision.
  -All other tasks as assigned.
