Requirements:
- 5 plus years of experience
- Experience in the application of construction project management cost control systems
- Construction project budgeting and cost accounting applications including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access)
- Demonstrated expertise in construction contract
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications and perform basic, algebraic and geometric math calculations required to provide accurate take-offs.
- Experience pricing GC and CM projects
- Experience in commercial or high end residential projects
- Hotel project experience is highly preferred
- Positive attitude, professional appearance and ability to work as a team member, communicate with others and share responsibility to work towards common goals.
- Exhibit proactive work habits and desire to succeed.
