Compensation Analyst	Permanent

Job Title: Compensation Analyst Salary/Rate: $50-70K Location: Baton Rouge, LA MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: -4 years of Human Resources salary administration experience -3 years of compensation analyst experience -1 year of experience with major HRIS demonstrating understanding of basic data maintenance activities. -BS Degree preferred -PHR, SPHR or CCP certifications strongly preferred Responsibilities: This position will administer company's salary administration program. This includes maintaining and processing annual merit and corporate incentive programs. Will also perform basic HRMS maintenance activities in relation to compensation issues.
