We are looking for some with excellent clinical software support experience - ie EMR, EHR, CPOE, CIS, Hospital information systems, etc. If you have supported clients utilizing any of these applications, software or systems then this is the position for you. This role will serve as the front-line customer support for all issues related to software, product functionality, client business process, new software release, some end-user training, process improvement, etc.
We are looking for 2+ years of experience with the following:
- Client facing support - Any type of the following: Clinical Software, Hospital Information Systems, Healthcare Software, etc. - Software Support - Knowledge of hospital operations - End-User Training - Software ticketing system
