Client Services Representative  

Job Description:
(Description) The successful candidate:
Establishes, builds and maintains contact with large/complex clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.
Researches and responds in a timely manner to complex/large sized clients with regards to their needs and interests.
Acts as a Client Advocate and interfaces between all Departments.
Monitors the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and makes appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient.
Coordinates new client conversions and existing client testing.
Leverages experience to support the developmental needs of fellow associates.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)
Understands and assists the client with the shareholder meeting process, product queries and market complexities (eg SEC or other market regulations).
Coordinates activities with other internal departments, production and systems, to meet customer needs.
Coordinates client meetings/user groups on and off site to build stronger business relationships.
Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery.
Acts as a role model to other associates in consistent implementation of best practices with regards to client interactions and departmental procedures."
Brokerage industry knowledge.
Proven proficiency in maintaining clients, high client satisfaction results and overall client advocacy.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a client service and/or sales related role.
Mastery of MS Office suite of products required.
Very detail oriented, ability to multi-task and excellent follow-up skills.

Education: Bachelors (highly preferred)
