Client Service Managers (CSMs) provide exceptional service to our clients in their primary role of development and maintenance of business relationships. The CSM also manages the execution of the major project work as the BrandMuscle solution is implemented. Exemplary client management skills are essential for success in this position.
Under general direction, the CSM's responsibilities include:
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required, Internet experience a plus. Some travel is required.
Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software quickly.
Experience:
Three to five years ad agency account service or client side advertising management experience desired. Complete understanding of advertising and print production processes are also preferred.
