The Client Service Account Executive (CSAE) provides exceptional service to our clients by facilitating communication and project work between the clients and the Client Service Team as well as helping to implement the client's media strategy. The primary focus for the CSAE is the maintenance of business relationships with clients. This individual manages the execution of the specific project work for clients. The CSAE responds to and helps diagnose problems through discussion with users and assists Client Service Managers (CSMs) with project workloads.
Under direct supervision, the CSAE's responsibilities include:
Bachelor's degree required, Internet experience a plus.
Strong organization and communication skills a must.
Some travel.
Advertising industry knowledge, commitment to client service required.
Must be available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate clients on advertising deadlines.
Self-starter, ability to work without direct supervision.
Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software quickly.
