Currently, there is an immediate need for Cisco Engineers with strong Voice/Unified Communications skillsets. You will act as a Voice SME for enterprise clients in the region.

*Positions can be located anywhere in the U.S. near a major airport as long as you are open to travel when needed to client sites.
What you need:
- Solid Cisco Voice Skills (Call Manager, Unity, UCCX, IPCC Express, etc.)
- Experience in Cisco Pre/Post Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Very strong Cisco Routing and Switch/Data Networking skills
- Extensive experience in Layer 2 & Layer 3 technologies
- A CCNP or CCIE certification (CCIE Voice is a huge plus and/or CCVP/CIPT).
- Ability to travel 25-50%+
What you'll be doing:
- Pre and/or Post Sales Engineering for Cisco Voice projects of mid - large size (All roles involve Post Sales and some could also interact on the Pre-Sales side depending on the individual)
- Participate in large scale Deployments of Call Manager, Unity, and Call Center solutions.
- Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
- Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.
- Perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
- Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
