A healthcare industry IT focused company in the Baltimore area is seeking a Senior C# Architect/Team Lead to oversee and mentor a team of .NET 3.5 Engineers working on Visual Studio 2010 web based applications.
C# Architect - .NET Software Architect - Lead Engineer

What you need for this position:
- 10+ years of overall software development experience.
- 5-7 years experience with .NET
- Strong C# 3.0 programming skills
- Hands on experience with Visual Studio 2008 (specifically .NET 3.5)
- SQL Server database development
- Architecture and design of web- based ASP.NET application
- Strong skills with the following technologies: LINQ, Ajax, WF, WCF, JSON, and POX
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and mentorring a team of .NET Engineers ranging in seniority from junior (1-3 years experience) to senior (8-10 years experience) through the entire SDLC from requirements gathering to implementation and deployment
- Participate in and actively design concepts and prototypes for .NET 3.5 applications including Datamodelling and system architecture and design
- Write high level custom C# code as needed
- Oversee implementation of Visual Studio 2010
