The CPIC Management Analyst will support federal government clients in the management of information technology investments. Specifically, the candidate will support development of business cases and project documents to support external and internal governance processes. Must have experience in developing information technology systems, project management, and consulting. Specifically, must have knowledge of information technology investment management (ITIM) and capital planning and investment control (CPIC) processes, including development of an OMB Exhibit 300. Experience in implementing and supporting portfolio management processes is highly desirable. Requires minimum 6 years of directly related experience. PMP Certification a plus. Must have demonstrated technical writing and presentation capabilities and skills.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree.
