Accountable for achieving measurable and sustainable operational efficiency results and establishing project priorities Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years experience in Mortgage Servicing/Originations, Valuations or Default industries with detailed knowledge of business and application processes Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business preferred Qualified candidates will be true thought leaders with strategic and hands-on process transformation experience in at least one full life cycle Successful Banking or Mortgage Servicing projects and be a subject matter expert in processes and operations in one of the following areas: Title, Close, Valuations or Default Working functional knowledge of core banking systems Excellent communication and facilitation skills with all levels of an organization Experience translating business requirements into clear, concise and functional processes Exposure to major financial services IT support systems Must be an extremely detail-oriented multitasking problem solver; an active listener, articulate (in both writing and verbal communications); able to handle projects alone and within a group Strong understanding of technologies and products that are used to assist in the product management process, including Sharepoint/Wiki, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Applications |
