Job Description: (Description) The Business Marketing Executive is responsible for marketing for the Mutual Funds business at Broadridge Financial Solutions. This newly created position will establish the marketing function within the business unit. Broadridge Financial Solutions is a $2.5B public company, providing technology and outsourcing solutions to financial services companies. Investor Communications is the largest business unit, responsible for a significant share of the company's earnings. The Business Marketing Executive will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and to the Investor Communications Executive and will be a member of the business' Management Team
The Business Marketing Executive will have extensive B to B marketing experience preferably in the financial services and/or technology industry. Direct experience in the Investor Communications is a plus. The Executive will have strong strategy skills and experience building market-leading marketing programs that deliver measurable results. The Executive needs to be able to work in a changing environment and demonstrate leadership to create a strong marketing function and best-in-class marketing that meets the business' needs.
The Executive will work closely with the business to understand the challenges and opportunities and develop marketing strategies to deliver profitable business growth. This role will be responsible for developing the brand and an integrated marketing plan leveraging a broad range of marketing channels. The Executive will work to refine the business' value proposition and positioning to maintain and expand the business' market-leading position. The Executive will develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels including advertising, digital marketing, social media, PR, direct marketing, sales force support and communication across all client touchpoints. The role also includes communication to government agencies and the marketplace in a highly regulated industry and the Executive will work to defend the market-leading position of the business with a #1 market share. The Executive will evaluate marketing investment opportunities and recommend budgets to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns and demonstrate ROI and the value of marketing to the organization.

Strong understanding of the financial services industry. Public relations background a plus Strong strategy skills and depth of experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver strong business results. Extensive experience developing business cases to get marketing budgets approved Highly developed critical thinking/analysis skills; ability to evaluate business challenges and develop solutions to deliver profitable business growth Combination of skills to be able to think strategically, operate at a senior level and also roll up their sleeves to do the work, as needed. Adaptable and able to work in a changing environment. Experience restructuring and building organizations and building support with executives and key stakeholders. Demonstrated skills in managing organization change. Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to executives and a variety of audiences Ability to give concise, compelling verbal presentations to senior decision-makers, and to respond quickly and thoughtfully to challenges and pushback in a meeting situation Strong interpersonal skills to influence key stakeholders and build support within organizations.
