Business Analysis for a Software Company.

Location: Little Rock, AR

Do you have experience as a Business Analysis working on Enterprise Software for the financial securities industry? If so this is the job for you.

What you will be doing:
~ Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs.
~ Develops requirements to parallel overall business strategies.
~ Writes detailed descriptions of user needs and steps required to develop or modify programs.
~ Manages client relationships and expectations to achieve project objectives.
~ Drives business requirements, evaluation, selection and prioritization processes.
~ Engages in day-to-day decisions regarding product development and product releases.
~ Recommends solutions to specific business problems and improvements/changes to business processes.
~ Works closely with QA to ensure all requirements have corresponding test cases and to ensure requirements traceability throughout software development life cycle.
~ Follows up on developments based on those specifications, acts as single point of contact for Developers during development.
~ Has or acquires in-depth knowledge of all applications, data and infrastructure that support software product.

What you must have to be considered for this position:
~ BA degree
~ 2+ years experience doing analysis work or in a related area
~ Solid brokerage experience required/financial securities industry
~ Software development skills preferred
~ Proven ability to communicate at all levels~ Ability to translate business requirements to technology requirements.
~ System integration and conversion experience a plus.
