Business Analyst-National Sales Operations	Contract

The National Sales Operations team provides reporting, analytical support, and strategic input to the Personal Investments phone and branch sales force. The Business Analyst works primarily with distribution and technology, as well as marketing, external vendors, and product partners. The BA/SBA balances daily operational support with projects and ad hoc analysis. The BA/SBA's primary role is to facilitate the team's migration to a new reporting platform. Primary Responsibilities: Develop expertise in Siebel lead and opportunity management systems as it pertains to measurement and reporting Update existing reporting infrastructure to align with new reporting platform Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions Ad hoc analysis to optimize channel efficiency and sales effectiveness Specific Qualifications (items are required unless otherwise noted): Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities Independent worker and strong team player Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) Familiarity with data modelling and data extraction (via Hyperion, Access, SQL Server, SAS, etc.) Familiarity with Siebel or Marketsoft Ideal candidate will have knowledge of Siebel Analytics (Answers). Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills BA or BS in Business, Management, Math or Information Technology suggested Ability to effectively communicate to and influence all levels of management, peer groups, and technology resources
