Walker Methodist is recruiting for a Full time Business Analyst. In this position, you will provide direct support to Walker's enterprise software users by gathering and documenting business requirements, writing operating procedures, analysing business system impacts and act as a liaison with our IT department and key software vendors to develop functional requirements and test case scenarios in order to implement effective solutions. You will also be closely involved with the day-to-day end-user support of the enterprise applications portfolio and be skilled in troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues. This is a new position and reports to our IT Director.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
* Expertise with Microsoft technologies (Great Plains, SQL Server) and Crystal Reports
* Knowledge of electronic health record systems and other healthcare software
* Three years experience supporting business applications
* Demonstrated success as a project manager
* Superior written and oral communication skills
* Experience developing documentation and operating procedures as well as delivering training
* Strong analytical skills, highly-organized and able to work independently
