Branch Administrator

SYLVANIA Lighting Services is the industry leader in lighting service and maintenance, employing a staff of over 1000 lighting professionals. Service Technicians make up over 75% of our staff, and with a fleet of over 800 service vehicles, we can meet our customers needs anytime and anywhere. SLS technicians make an average of 30,000 customer stops per month to perform lighting retrofits, group relamps, service calls, and inspections. Even with all the calls they make, SLS Service Technicians achieve 97% on-time attainment for all scheduled maintenance jobs.

Currently, a BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR's position within our Sylvania Lighting Services organization, based in CHARLOTTE, NC is now open:
Position provides administrative and office support to sales personnel under limited supervision of significant complexity using broad guidelines and independent judgment. May generate statistical reports, statements, charts or graphs. Develops and maintains related records, files, and data retrieval systems. Has regular contact with customers, suppliers or employees outside the immediate work area. Duties include managing calls from customers and various levels of management, proper and timely filing of documentation, maintaining databases in Excel and extensive use of SAP.

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years administrative experience is required. Must possess excellent computer skills and have experience in Windows, Microsoft Office and SAP. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and must display flexibility in being able to handle and effectively deal with many issues simultaneously. The position also works closely with SLS Managers in sharing of information. Must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and various levels of Management. Experience in SAP preferred.
