Bilingual Customer Service Representative  

Contract

Our client is in need of several Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. Candidates must read, write and speak Spanish fluently! Selected candidates will go through a one-day training to service address change and card replacement calls for the state of Florida. Duties include: responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries; records details about customer inquiries; helps resolve complicated customer complaints; and coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. The duration is 3-6 months.

Shifts include:

  • M-F, 9:30AM-6PM
  • M-F, 8:30AM-5PM
  • M-F, 8AM-4:30PM
  • M-F, 7:30AM-4:00PM
  • M-F, 7AM-3:30PM
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
  • Must read, write and speak Spanish fluently
  • Minimum of one year of customer service, call center, or banking experience
  • Must have an average of 12 months of job stability
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
  • Ability to use basic business mathematics calculations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment
