Bilingual Customer Care Specialist
Edgepark Medical Supplies, a national distributor of medical supplies with 18 consecutive years of double-digit organic growth, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist. We are a respected industry leader with over $500 million in sales, 7 distribution centers nationwide and over 900 employees. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish speaking customers in a fast paced, inbound call center. We are looking for representatives who have the ability to balance a high-volume setting while providing customers with superior quality. Representatives must have a passion for helping people. Our ideal Bilingual Customer Care Specialist will have 3-5 years experience in a fast-paced call center environment, have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve issues while adhering to professional standards and outstanding customer service practices. Exceptional listening skills are a must. Hours for this position are 11:30am to 8:00pm Monday-Friday.
